Do I have to use you for the build as well?
No. Plenty of clients come to us for drawings alone and take them to another builder, and that’s completely fine. The drawings are yours.
How long does planning permission take?
A householder application is usually determined within eight weeks of validation, though the drawing and preparation stage before that typically takes three to four weeks.
What if planning is refused?
We talk through the officer's reasons with you and advise whether an amended scheme, an appeal, or a different approach is the sensible next move.
